“The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Training, under the auspices of the Covid-19 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, have decided that children should go to school full time in all classes.
The use of the vaccine and compliance with the rules and regulations of Covid-19 will help reduce the rate of infection and high prevalence, hospital admissions and help children to go to school, ”he said.
He pointed out that children are being vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine only because in-country vaccines are not allowed to vaccinate children between the ages of 12 and 17 until now.
Meanwhile, in the weekly reports of disease control there he said in the fourth week, the tests performed for Covid-19 virus were 9,341 while this fifth week was 6,025 and the result the total for these two weeks was 385,525.

He added that the number of hospital admissions for people diagnosed with the disease in the fourth week had dropped to 8% while this week it had risen by one percent.
He pointed out that the total number of visitors this week in the fourth week was 827,603 while this week there were 13,612 and this is a total of 841,215 which is 51%.
“On top of this, the total number of 12- to 17-year-olds who vaccinated were 2,910 while those who vaccinated in the first phase alone were 57,994. The target set by the country is to vaccinate 240,922 children and this shows that we are still a long way off, ”he said.
