Why Lesotho MIGHT be the Easiest African Country to Invade

Lesotho can be the easiest African country to invade, especially by its powerful and rich neighbor South Africa. The reason for this is the fact that Lesotho is totally surrounded by South Africa, which gives South Africa a chance to enter Lesotho from any direction during an invasion. Because there is no water or country that separates Lesotho from its neighbor, The neighbor also has a chance to fire its long range artillery and short range missiles into the country’s cities. This is because Lesotho’s cities are very close to the borders that separate it from its neighbor. Lesotho leaders are also more focused on stealing, pocketing the country’s economy rather than strengthening and increasing the country’s weaponry. Its as if they are unaware that war has become nothing but the inevitable. Due to lack of modern and heavy weaponry such as armored vehicles, fighter planes, long range artillery and a sufficient number of armor tanks the country remains vulnerable. Most of Lesotho’s neighbors are militarily powerful than she is, and she sleeps her way not thinking about preparing for the unknown. Lesotho’s abundant waters can also cause greed to some certain neighboring countries and they any invade it at any time to cease its waters.
It is about time Lesotho started thinking about improving its capability to defend itself should war come its way. Lesotho should better start piling up its armories with weapons and plenty of weapons.
