Christ Embassy Crusade Sparks Anticipation in Liberia

Africa-Press – Liberia. A wave of excitement is building across Liberia as Christ Embassy Church prepares for a national crusade promising not just spiritual renewal, but tangible acts of compassion for thousands of Liberians.

At a press conference held in Paynesville, the church’s Country Pastor, Rev. Alfred Mayson, emphasized that the initiative goes beyond preaching, it’s about transforming lives.

As part of the lead-up to the event, the church has pledged free medical screenings, hot meals, clothing, and transportation for disadvantaged youths, the disabled, and underprivileged citizens across Montserrado and beyond.

“We are determined to reach every soul, believer or non-believer,” Pastor Mayson said. “Before the revival begins, we will feed ten thousand people, conduct free health checks with the Montserrado health team, and ensure the disabled community is well cared for. Transportation and security are already in place so that every Liberian who desires to attend can do so safely.”

Adding to the growing anticipation, Pastor Mayson revealed that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the founder of Christ Embassy, will personally lead the revival—a moment he described as “a national event of hope, healing, and transformation.”

Leaders across Liberia’s Christian community have welcomed the initiative as a unifying moment for the nation. Apostle Samuel Kollie, President of the Fellowship of Full Gospel Ministries, praised Christ Embassy’s contributions to both the spiritual and social fabric of the country.

“Christ Embassy has been a quiet force for good in Liberia,” Apostle Kollie said. “They may not be political, but their impact is felt deeply. This crusade is a divine visitation for our nation, and I urge every Liberian, regardless of denomination, to come together in worship and service.”

Other church leaders and partners echoed the sentiment, expressing gratitude for the collaboration and encouraging citizens to take part in what many describe as a once-in-a-generation event.

With thousands expected to attend—including the sick, the blind, and the physically challenged—the upcoming crusade is shaping up to be more than just a revival. For many, it represents a moment of collective healing, renewed faith, and national unity.
