Africa-Press – Liberia. Mr. Kemayah noted that the impact of the seminary is not just restricted to theology, but in the field of education.

Paynesville-Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary Board of Trustees Chair, and Former Foreign Affairs Minister, Dee Maxwell Saah Kemayah, has hailed the level of impact the institution continues to make toward education in Liberia over the years.

Speaking at the Dedication of Bradley and Carolyne Brown Fellowship Chapel at the Seminar compound in Paynesville, on Tuesday, May 21, Mr. Kemayah noted that the impact of the seminary is not just restricted to theology, but in the field of education.

This, he believed contributes to the government’s gait of advancing education.

“This institution is completing the efforts of the Government of Liberia, through the administering of studies in the field of education,” Minister Kemayah averred. Although he said it is the primary responsibility of the government to improve the quality of education, Mr. Kemayah recognizes that efforts being exerted by the seminary toward seminar purposes are equally important in preparing the future generation. As a part of its move to buttress the government’s plan to improve education, the Liberia Baptist and Theological Seminary Board of Trustees Chair informed the public that the seminary is offering a Graduate Degree in Education.

Therefore, he said upgrading its infrastructure is equally cardinal. He assured the seminary administration and students of the Board of Trustees of unreserved commitment to working towards continued growth and development at the seminary. Nevertheless, Mr. Kemayah said a lot at the seminar cannot be single-handedly done, but through collaboration with other members of the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary. At the same time, Kemayah expressed delight in the seminary President Rev. Momolu Massaquoi, and staff for their dedication in the discharge of their duties.

For his part, Rev. Massaquoi lauded Mr. Kemayah for his stewardship in ensuring that the seminary became better than how it was met two years ago.

This zest for development, Rev. Madsaquoi noted, is what ignited Kemayah’s vision to ensure that a modern chapel was made available at the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary.

Rev. Massaquoi then praised Kemayah for his consistent passion to achieve the best, when he is provided an opportunity.
