Africa-Press – Liberia. Liberia’s international forward, Sylvannus Nimely, who was on target as NK Solin, survived an early scare to beat Kustosija 3-2 away in their Croatian First Division League Match on Friday afternoon, November 18.

Fran Vuckelic opened the score for the home side in three minutes, as they went for halftime with a goal. However, immediately after the restart, the 21-year-old Croatian Midfielder doubled the advantage for Petra Mandic side in the 47th minute from the penalty spot.

Eight minutes later, United States Midfielder Rokas Pukstas scored in the 54th minute, reducing the deficit. Liberian International Sylvannus Nimely, scored a superb equalizer in what was his fourth League goal of the season in the stoppage time.

Rokas Pukstas added a last gasp winner to secure all three points for NK Solin, who moved second on the League table with 24 points from 15 matches, four less than league leaders, Rudes, who have a game in hand.

Nimely will be hoping to add to his tally when Solin hosts Jarun on November 26, 2022, in round 16 of the Prva HNL. The Liberian International is stirring up his form ahead of Liberia’s crucial World Cup qualifying match against South Africa next year March 2023.
