Among the evening’s most celebrated honorees was Liberia’s Ambassador-at-Large for Special Duties and Special Presidential Envoy, H.E. Sheikh Al-Moustapha Kouyateh, who received the Pan African Diplomatic Excellence Award for Peace and Strategic Engagement.
