The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has asked the Ministry of Health to consider implementing the mandatory use of name tags, uniforms and visible duty rosters for staff as a measure to counter corruption practices.
ACB acting Director General Gabriel Chembezi made the call in a statement dated March 4, 2026, after observing increasing cases of ghost workers and middlemen, referred to as ‘dobadoba’, especially in public health facilities
