The Malawi Law Society (MLS) has faulted the acting Director General of the Anti- Corruption Bureaus (ACB), Gabriel Chembezi, for clearing officers involved in the planned purchase of Amaryllis Hotel by Public Service Pension Trust Fund (PSPTF).
In a statement, which MLS chairperson Davis Njobvu and honorary secretary Francis M’mame have signed, the society questions ACB’s purported investigation into the issue.
