The inaugural National Bank of Malawi (NBM) Women’s Premiership will conclude tomorrow at Silver Stadium in Lilongwe.
This comes after the Football Association of Malawi (Fam) moved back the NBM Women’s Premiership match between Silver Strikers Ladies and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Women to Silver Stadium from Bingu National Stadium (BNS) in the same city.
Fam had earlier shifted the fixture to BNS but in a statement released yesterday, the match was moved back to Silver Stadium due to circumstances beyond their control.
After the match, Silver will be officially crowned champions of the inaugural NBM Women’s Premiership.
The Central Bankers Ladies have 45 points from 17 matches whereas runners-up Ascent Soccer Academy have 38 points.
Bullets Women, on the other hand, seek to finish in position three.
Currently, they have 31 points, three points above MDF Lionesses and Civil Service United Women.
Lionesses can finish third if they beat Topik Academy and Bullets Women lose to Silver Ladies.
Civil Women, who will host Kukoma Ntopwa have also chances of finishing third should both Bullets Women and Lionesses slip up.
