Africa-Press – Mauritius. In the 19th edition of the Global Traveler Awards, Air Mauritius is awarded 5th place among African airlines. The Mauritian carrier ranks behind Ethiopian Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, Kenya Airways and Air Seychelles.
Note that the best African airport is that of O. R. Tambo in Johannesburg. The Addis Ababa Bole follows in second position, ahead of Cape Town International Airport.
Singapore Airlines remains the best airline in the world. It is ahead of United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates and Etihad Airlines. The best first class is that of Air France while the best “Business Class” is that of Turkish Airlines.
