(Dr) Ramesh Durbarry, and other personalities. The 18-hour Training Programme organised in close collaboration with the Civil Service College, spanned over six days.

In his address, Dr Jagutpal stated that his Ministry is engaged in buying more than 2 000 items yearly. However, he deplored that the Officers who participated in the evaluation committees were not sufficiently coached.

Hence, the importance of providing this training to the senior staff of different departments, stated the Minister.
