Africa-Press – Mauritius. The Consul-General of Ghana to Mauritius, Dr. Robert Afriyie paid a farewell call on the Prime Minister, Mr Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, today, at the at the New Treasury Building, in Port Louis.
In a statement, Dr Robert Afriyie, highlighted that the meeting with the Prime Minister was very cordial. He stated that he has completed a four-year tenure as Consul-General underlining that he had a warm and welcoming experience during his time spent in Mauritius.
Discussions, he stated, focused on the ways and means of enhancing bilateral relations between Mauritius and Ghana, as well as on areas of mutual interest to further deepen cooperation.
The possibility of collaboration in the field of industry, trade, commerce and investment for the economic development of both countries was equally evoked, he added.
