After years at the highest level, the German coach explained his need for rest while still expressing a desire to remain involved in football in a different capacity.
That involvement became official in October 2024, when Klopp took on a senior strategic role with Red Bull. His presence around several clubs within the group quickly fueled rumors of a return to the bench, especially as major teams across Europe searched for stability and experience.
However, according to his agent, those hopes were misplaced. Several clubs and national teams made approaches, including top English sides, but Klopp declined them all. Fully satisfied with his current responsibilities, he has no immediate plans to return to coaching, leaving multiple suitors disappointed.
