Africa-Press – Mauritius. The Mauritius brewery in Zwickau has had itself certified again that it is one of the best in Germany.
As the company announced on Wednesday, the “Zwickauer Bock Dunkel” was awarded the gold medal of the German Agricultural Society (DLG) for the ninth time.
Every year, it has the quality of around 900 beers and mixed beer drinks tested in its test center.
Experts assess all relevant quality criteria over a period of three months.
