Africa-Press – Mauritius. The Forum on Global Human Rights Governance was held in Beijing from Wednesday to Thursday. Mauritian expert Asraf Ally Caunhye expressed appreciation for the convening of the forum and stressed the importance of international cooperation.
He said that every state has a duty to provide an effective framework to improve human rights and remedy human rights violations, and that there is room for more cooperation at the international level.
