t mobile network on 17 May 2022. In addition, the CEO announced that My. T has been presented by Ookla with the award for the Fastest Mobile Network in Mauritius.
He underlined the unflinching resolve of the company to provide the best services to its customers, and thanked all the employees who have contributed to its success.
He also pointed out that My. T’s market share has increased to 62.9% in 2021. Furthermore, Mr Sherry Singh presented the new product being launched by My.
T, namely the E-SIM which is the embedded and virtual version of a SIM card, and can be used with simultaneously with a normal Sim card on one smartphone.
He informed that it is also possible to use the eSIM in compatible smartwatches such as the Huawei Watch Pro 3 and the Huawei Watch 3 for which an exclusive offer is being offered by My.
T. Also, the CEO indicated that tourists will be able to benefit from the E-SIM whereby they will only need to pre-register on the myt. mu site before their arrival in Mauritius and, upon arrival, activate their E-Sim. This offer is available at Rs 400 for Rs 100 of “airtime” and 100 GB.
