Africa-Press – Mauritius. It’s confirmed. Thierry Hebraud, Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking of MCB has been chosen to succeed Alain Law Min as CEO of the banking division of the Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB) group.

This decision is explained by the fact that the current CEO will reach retirement age in November 2023 and the group wishes to ensure the transition to the head of the banking division.

Hence the appointment of Thierry Hebraud as CEO Designate. For the moment, no date has been set for the tenure of Thierry Hebraud, the related formalities having not yet been finalized.

Alain Law Min’s successor joined the bank in October 2019 after a long experience acquired over 35 years in Corporate and Investment Banking, holding positions of responsibility within the Crédit Agricole group in Eastern Europe and Central, Asia and North Africa.
