Sunlife Takes over Management of Anahita Golf & Spa Resort

Africa-Press – Mauritius. Alteo and Sunlife have announced that Sunlife will become the new manager of Anahita Golf & Spa Resort and Anahita Golf Club, effective July 1. This agreement marks a strategic move in the ongoing development of Anahita as a leading golf and lifestyle destination in the Indian Ocean.

The collaboration aligns with the shared vision of Alteo and Sunlife to enhance Anahita’s local and international reputation. Anahita, a flagship project for Alteo for over 15 years, reflects the group’s vision to blend lifestyle, leisure, and local heritage. Sunlife’s involvement is expected to bring new energy to the destination, combining operational excellence, regional partnerships, and hospitality expertise.

Sunlife CEO François Eynaud expressed pride in welcoming Anahita to their portfolio, noting that it marks a significant step in their growth strategy and reflects their ambition to offer travelers and residents more ways to experience Mauritius. Alteo CEO Fabien de Marassé Enouf stated that the partnership with Sunlife ensures Anahita’s continued growth and international recognition while preserving its core values.

Anahita’s unique hospitality, prestigious hotels, and golfing excellence fit perfectly with Sunlife’s ambition to offer a broader range of experiences to visitors. As a lifestyle destination, Anahita complements Sunlife’s existing portfolio, which includes Sugar Beach, La-Pirogue, Long Beach, and Ambre, each with its own identity and appeal. Strong synergies with key regional players like Four Seasons, Ile-aux-Cerfs, and Shangri-La Le Touessrok Resort are also expected.

Alteo and Sunlife are working closely to ensure a smooth transition for team members, owners, customers, and partners. A five-year renovation plan is being finalized, with investments planned to modernize infrastructure and improve facilities, further strengthening Anahita’s position as a world-class destination.
