Africa-Press – Mauritius. Former magistrate and lawyer Mr Rex Stephen passed away last night. The lawyer was in Rodrigues and celebrated his birthday last Saturday. Mr. Rex Stephen was waiting for the Supreme Court to rule on his request to appeal the Drug Commission report. He was also the lawyer for Rezistans ek Alternativ in the constitutional complaint against the State.
