JUST IN: ‘Hidden debts’ trial adjourned after three more test positive for Covid-19 in the BO tent

Africa-Press – Mozambique. Judge Efigenio Baptista has just announced his decision to interrupt the court sessions until January 6, 2022, as all must comply with mandatory quarantine after four Covid-19 cases have been detected in persons involved in the trial of the so-called ‘hidden debts’.

Today, three more people, including an STV production assistant, tested positive for Covid-19 at the BO tent where the ‘hidden debts’ trial takes place.

This brings the total number of people with the virus to four, including the lawyer diagnosed last Thursday.

All those participating in the ‘hidden debts’ trial and with access to the premises were this morning subjected to rapid Covid-19 tests.
