The Mozambican cabinet, the Council of Ministers, on Tuesday approved the decree revoking the Direct Agreement between the government and the Northern Ports and Railways Concessionaires and Financing Agents, signed in 2016 between the government, the Northern Development Corridor and the Northern Logistics Corridor.
In the same meeting, the Council of Ministers approved the Annual Report on the Evolution of Illicit Drugs Consumption and Trafficking in the country in 2021, which will be submitted to the Assembly of the Republic.
This document addresses the activities carried out by supervisory institutions in the context of preventing drug consumption and combating trafficking.
Still in this Tuesday’s session, the executive approved the regulation on Amateur Radio Services, an instrument that establishes the rules applicable to this activity carried out using satellite, by people who are qualified and licensed by the telecommunications authorities for intercommunication and technical studies.
The regulation establishes the regime for the attribution of certificates and special authorizations and for the licensing of common-use amateur radio stations, a note from the Council of Ministers secretariat reads.
