Africa-Press – Mozambique. The leader of the Renamo Military Junta, killed in combat by the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) was buried on Friday in his own residence, in the town of Chirassicua, in the District of Nhamatanda.
The ceremony was attended by some family members and neighbours.
By Thursday the body had not been claimed by the direct family (children). They said that they were afraid and that they were being persecuted. What is certain is that this Friday the burial of Mariano Nhongo was actually carried out.
