Africa-Press – Mozambique. Access Bank, recognized as one of the leading financial service providers on the African continent, has just launched the internal campaign ‘Access Way’. The primary objective of this initiative is to promote greater understanding and involvement of employees with the bank’s culture, history, values, mission, and vision, aligning with the ambition of becoming the most respected African bank in the world.

This campaign aims to consolidate the organizational culture and the fundamental principles that govern the bank’s operations and interaction with clients and other stakeholders.

The initiative serves to strengthen alignment among employees, prioritize and ensure the quality of customer service, thereby reinforcing the bank’s commitment to service excellence and customer experience.

As part of the ‘Access Way’ campaign, Access Bank Mozambique is also preparing to launch an exclusive podcast hosted by photographer and podcaster Chairman. This podcast will provide an in-depth insight into the essence of the bank through stories and personal and professional experiences of employees and bank officials themselves.

The podcast will be published on the bank’s social media platforms and YouTube, allowing all interested parties access to this source of knowledge. According to Marco Abalroado, Managing Director of Access Bank Mozambique, “employees are the bank’s greatest asset.”

Therefore, “we are committed to providing a work environment that promotes the personal and professional growth of each individual, thereby contributing to the collective success of our institution,” said the same official.

“This campaign also reinforces our organizational culture centered on excellence and our customers, who are at the heart of everything we do,” added Marco Abalroado.
