Africa-Press – Mozambique. Venerable Judge Counsellor José Luís Maria Pereira Cardoso, Presiding Judge of Administrative Litigation of the Administrative Tribunal, died on Monday (15-01) at 11:00 p.m. in a mysterious running-over incident close to the toll booth on National Road Four (EN4).
According to report number 05/HCM/24, Judge Counsellor Cardoso got out of his vehicle and was immediately run over. He was declared dead at Maputo Central Hospital (HCM).
Excessive speed is presumed to have been the cause of the accident.
