Africa-Press – Mozambique. A Mozambican Air Force aircraft was unable to land on the runway in the town of Mueda today due to bad weather, Noticias reports.
The Antonov aircraft was transporting the delegation of the Minister of Culture and Tourism Eldevina Materula and journalists from Notícias, Televisão de Moçambique, Radio Mozambique and the Instituto de Comunicação Social, who were traveling to Mueda to cover the inauguration tomorrow of the local Praça do Metical, to be attended by President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi.
Weather conditions forced the aircraft to return to Pemba. It will only be able to return to Mueda when conditions improve.
