Africa-Press – Mozambique. A group of businesspeople from Dubai will tomorrow attend a business forum to analyse in depth the synergies between the business communities of Mozambique and Dubai.
The city of Maputo will tomorrow, Friday (25-04), host a business forum that will bring together Mozambican and Dubai businesspeople to discuss new investment opportunities as well as to deepen existing bilateral trade.
The ‘Doing Business with Mozambique’ event has been organised by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce to help local companies explore new business opportunities in sectors such as agriculture, construction and building materials, electronics, energy, petrochemicals, engineering, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food and beverages, information and communication technologies, manufacturing, shipping and maritime services, metals, real estate, retail, supply chain and logistics.
The “New Horizons” initiative is part of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s efforts to promote the global expansion of companies based in the country and enable them to capitalise on rewarding opportunities in new international markets, including Mozambique.
The initiative is in line with the objectives of the “Dubai Global” initiative, which seeks to help local companies explore new business opportunities in 30 priority markets around the world.
