Africa-Press – Mozambique. The Regional Water Administration of the Centre (ARA Centro) warns that the Zambezi Basin is experiencing the worst hydrological levels in decades, with water flow below the historical average.
The full operation of the region’s main dams, including Cahora Bassa, is therefore at risk due to the low rainfall in the countries of the Zambezi basin, according to Eurico Saize, director of the Zambezi Basin Division at Ara Centro.
