Africa-Press – Mozambique. The President of the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce invites the business sector and various partners to take on greater dynamism in promoting the production and micro, small, and medium processing industry to address the challenges of integrated and sustainable development in the region.
Álvaro Massingue made these statements on Thursday at the Nampula Business Forum, organized by the government and the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce, under the theme “Potential of the Nampula Province, Towards Integrated and Sustainable Development.”
The President of the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce also advocated for the promotion of agricultural potential to achieve greater gains, aiming to boost the country’s economy.
Meanwhile, the Secretary of State for Nampula, Jaime Neto, sees the Business Forum as an opportunity to strengthen the value chains of the main crops produced in the Province, including areas of mineral resources and energy.
On the other hand, the governor of Nampula, Manuel Rodrigues, stated that the Business Forum will contribute to entrepreneurs in the province enhancing their initiatives, aiming to establish necessary partnerships to continuously improve the business environment.
