Africa-Press – Mozambique. One hundred and twenty-five thousand three hundred hectares of various crops have been completely lost due to insufficient rainfall and pests affecting agricultural production in the south of Tete province.
The head of the Department of Agriculture and Food Security at the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries, AntoĢnio Mourinho, told Radio Mozambique that the situation had affected more than 100,600 producing families.
