Africa-Press – Mozambique. The Minister of Labour and Social Security, Margarida Adamugi Talapa, started a working visit to Cabo Delgado province this Wednesday.
During her visit, Minister Talapa will oversee the laying of the first stone for the construction of a new district National Social Security Institute (INSS) building in Metuge, an activity scheduled for Thursday morning.
This Wednesday, on her arrival, Margarida Talapa delivered material for Covid-19 prevention, plus zinc sheets and essential goods for pensioners displaced by terrorism in Cabo Delgado province.
Minister Talapa also delivered freezers and cooler boxes to fishermen enrolled as self-employed workers in the INSS social security system.
Also this Wednesday, the Minister of Labour and Social Security is holding courtesy meetings with António Supeia and Valige Tauabo, Secretary of State and Governor of Cabo Delgado Province respectively.
During her visit, Margarida Talapa is accompanied by staff from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the INSS, and social partners and office staff.
