Africa-Press – Mozambique. Mozambique, South Africa and eSwatini signed a memorandum of understanding concerning the revival of the ‘Triland tourism project in Durban this Wednesday (03-05).
The ‘Triland’ project was originally conceived in 2009 and is designed to develop tourism across this region of Southern Africa, creating synergy between the three countries where tourism is concerned.
The director of the National Institute of Tourism, Marco Vaz dos Anjos, revealed that the meeting, among other objectives, served to accelerate the implementation of five tourism development projects designed by Mozambique, South Africa and eSwatini, once several constraints, including the Covid-19 pandemic, were overcome.
