Africa-Press – Mozambique. The Tchumene junction in Matola municipality, Maputo province, officially opens to road traffic today, September 23.
“There are effectively conditions for traffic to circulate comfortably and safely in the Tchumene Junction,” president of Rede Viária de Moçambique (REVIMO) Ângelo Lichinga told Radio Mozambique.
The opening ceremony of the junction, which connects the EN4 to the Maputo Ring Road, was led by the Minister of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources, João Machatine.
