Africa-Press – Mozambique. Ten people lost their lives and several others suffered injuries of varying severity in an accident at about 10.00 a.m. this morning on National Road Number 6 near the ONP square in Gongola, Manica province. It is believed that the number of casualties may rise.
A truck carrying mineral water lost control and ran over people who were carrying out economic activities near the Mercado Feira, with 10 people dying on the spot.
According to witnesses, the injured were transported to Chimoio Provincial Hospital for medical attention.
