Africa-Press – Mozambique. Residents of Palma district, in the far north of Cabo Delgado province, this Wednesday petitioned for the reopening of the Namoto border post between Mozambique and Tanzania, which was closed approximately two years ago because of terrorist attacks.

The request was made during a popular rally led by Frelimo secretary general, Roque Silva, who has been on a working visit to Cabo Delgado since last Monday.
