The information was confirmed by our reporting team, who were on site to monitor the situation. According to several travellers, they were prevented from crossing on Tuesday after the authorities temporarily halted the service because of the bad weather.
Some passengers expressed frustration, stating that they had important commitments, including attending funerals, which they were ultimately unable to fulfil due to the suspension.
