Africa-Press – Mozambique. Train circulation on the Ressano Garcia railway line between the Port of Maputo to South Africa has been interrupted due to damage caused by the intense rain falling in Maputo city and province in recent days.
Some parts of the 88-kilometre line were buried, while others hung suspended after the supporting platform was washed away.

On the other hand, circulation on the Limpopo line has now been re-established.
