Africa-Press – Namibia. THE body of an unknown man was discovered in a drain yesterday, at a riverbed between Namcol’s Jetu Jama Centre and the Namibia Primary School in Windhoek’s Katutura.
This was announced by police chief inspector Elifas Kuwinga, who said the body was discovered by City of Windhoek workers. Kuwinga said the police received a call about a blockage at UN Plaza.
“After following it up, it’s where they found the body inside the sewer main hole with his face facing down.” Kuwinga added that the cause of death is still unknown and the next of kin have not yet been informed. Investigations are ongoing.
