Africa-PressNamibia. Health and Social Services Minister, Dr Kalumbi Shangula announced that Namibia on Saturday recorded 116 new COVID-19 cases and five deaths.

Updating on Sunday, Shangula said amongst the deaths recorded, two each were recorded at Onandjokwe and Okahao, while one was recorded in Windhoek district, adding that none of those who died were vaccinated.

The new COVID-19 positive cases were identified from 1 131 results received by laboratories in the preceding 24 hours and
