However, with platforms such as the Global Black Summit in place and spreading awareness on gender diversity and black women inclusion in local content development and capacity building, this is changing. Through motivational speeches and networking sessions, the 2022 Global Black Impact Summit provides a platform for black people to connect and create opportunities for black talents across various sectors including health, education, energy, oil and gas, sports, entertainment, manufacturing and Information Technology.
