Africa-Press – Namibia. THE Namibian Police’s Interpol National Centre Bureau division is urgently requesting the public to assist in tracing a fugitive, Victoria Namene Shikoyeni, a 44-year-old Namibian female wanted by the South African authorities on alleged offences of attempted murder and kidnapping of a minor.
The fugitive reportedly violated her bail conditions by failing to report at the Swakopmund Police Station and also failed to appear in court on 21 November 2021. A warrant of arrest was issued on 21 December 2021. Efforts to trace her have been unsuccessful.
