Africa-Press – Namibia. THE Ncamagoro Combined School polling station on Friday morning registered its first voters at 07h00 in the constituency’s by-election, which is currently underway.
This is according to presiding officer Fabianus Ihemba. “After taking oaths, we verified the ballot boxes to make sure everything is in order,” he said. The residents of the Ncamagoro constituency are voting for a new councillor after Swapo councillor Johannes Sikondo died in September.
