Africa-PressNamibia. THE Namibian Police Force in the Oshana Region is requesting public assistance in the tracing of two male suspects involved in Sunday’s robbery of the Oukoleke pharmacy at the Etango Complex, Oshakati.

According to Community Affairs Officer, Inspector Thomas Aiyambo, the two suspects were armed with a pistol and made off with N$20 000. Aiyambo added that after the robbery, the two suspects jumped into a taxi on standby, forced the driver to drive off, and a short distance away pushed him out of the vehicle and drove themselves off.

The taxi, a Toyota Corolla, grey in colour, with registration number N 33235 SH, is still missing. Aiyambo is urging any with information about the robbery to report to the nearest police station and assist the police in successfully apprehending the suspects.
