Africa-Press – Namibia. THE Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) has dissolved the structures of its youth league, including the national leadership, with immediate effect.
PDM secretary general Manuel Ngaringombe said the decision was taken by the party’s top six leadership after the youth wing failed to conclude its congress in November last year, due to squabbles among delegates.
He said the party has since appointed an interim leadership which will be tasked with undertaking a new restructuring process from the grassroots to organise the youth league’s congress.
