Africa-Press – Namibia. THE road hugging the Orange River between Rosh Pinah and Aussenkehr has been temporarily closed due to high water levels in the Orange River that have affected some sections of this road.
Corporate Communication officer, Hileni Fillemon, said that District Road 212 (DR212) has been closed with immediate effect.
“All motorists are kindly requested to make use of the Keetmanshoop-Aussenkehr-Rosh Pinah road instead of DR212, until the water levels have subsided and the road is deemed safe for public use,” she said.
Thus, Fillomen appeals to all travellers to report any potholes or road damages at their nearest Road Authority Office.
