Nigerian International Samuel Chukwueze played 55 minutes in Villareal’s 2-2 draw with Real Madrid on Sunday night.
Gareth Bale stole the show in the game with a brace, including an 86th minute equaliser, but the Nigerian was a constant thorn the the flesh of Real Madrid defenders keeping the full backs on their toes all through.
He was replaced in the 55th minute by Javier Ontiveros, he is though expected to keep his shirt in subsequent games for the yellow Submarine.
Chukwueze was part of the Super Eagles team that won bronze at the 2019 Africa Cup Of Nations in Egypt.
He scored a goal in Nigeria’s quarter final 2-1 Victory over South Africa and was voted Man of the Match
