Africa-Press – Nigeria. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’s son, Christian Combs, has been sued over allegations of sexual assault and battery, which happened on a yacht in December 2022.

Diddy has been named in the suit as well and is accused of aiding and abetting, having chartered the yacht on which his son allegedly assaulted a woman who worked there.

The father and 26-year-old son are defendants in the case, filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court last week Thursday.

Diddy is already facing several lawsuits alleging sexual abuse, and his homes were raided by federal agents on 25 March as part of a sex trafficking investigation.

In court documents, Grace O’Marcaigh said the trip to St. Martin was “sold as a wholesome family excursion” but turned into a “hedonistic environment”, according to The Guardian.

She accused Diddy of “apparent failure to ensure there was a safe environment on the yacht”.

The suit claimed that Christian Combs pressured her into drinking alcohol, which she suspected was laced with drugs; afterwards, he sexually and physically assaulted her.

O’Marcaigh stated that she suffered emotional distress and physical bruises due to the incident, according to E!.

The attorney for Christian and Diddy, Aaron Dyer, denied the claims made by the lawsuit.

“We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim,” Dyer told E!.

Previously, Dyer had said the raids on Diddy’s homes were an “unprecedented ambush”.

“There was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr Combs’ residences,” Dyer said following the raids.
