“We are informed that the matter has now been transferred to the JWC unit of your command and the perpetrator already detained therein while our client is currently receiving medical care in the hospital.

“While we commend the efforts of the police so far in coming to the aid of our client, we passionately appeal to you (CP) to use your good office to ensure proper investigation of the matter, diligent prosecution and making the perpetrator face the full wrath of the law. We count on your utmost professionalism in this regard sir”.
