Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, has condemned the attack by unknown gun on the convoy of Nasarawa State Deputy Governor Emmanuel Akabe along the Lafia-Abuja highway.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Terver Akase, the governor described the aggression, which resulted in the death of some of Akabe’s security orderlies, as unfortunate and sad.
While sympatising with the deputy governor and members of his entourage, Ortom beseeched God to console families of the victims.
