Africa-Press – Nigeria. Armed bandits stormed Rarah community in Sokoto State on Monday night, abducting two women from their matrimonial homes.
The incident was contained in a post by security analyst Bakatsine on his official X handle on Tuesday.
“Yesterday night, bandits stormed Rarah community and abducted two women in their matrimonial houses,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, in a separate development, the Katsina Community Watch Corps (KCWC), Dandume Command, has arrested a suspected bandit identified as Saleh Yusuf.
During interrogation, Yusuf revealed that he hails from Haro camp, a known hideout for criminal elements operating in the region.
Authorities are yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack.
