Africa-Press – Nigeria. Suspected banndits have attacked Layin Minister community in Malumfashi Local Government Area of Katsina State, killing two young men and stealing dozens of cattle.
The incident happened on Monday evening.
According to a post by a security analyst, Bakatsine on X, the attackers stormed the village, shot the two youths dead, and carted away a large number of cattle during the raid.
“This evening, bandits attacked the Layin Minister community in Malumfashi LGA, Katsina State. They killed two youths and rustled a large number of cattle during the attack,” Bakatsine wrote.
The state government and security agencies have yet to issue an official statement about the incident as of the time of this report.
